​Does flying twine included in my order?
Yes,as a courtesy each kite is shipped with 575 feet of #9 nylon twine .  For additional twine, please check your local hardware or craft store.

 

​How hard it is to fly a Ringo kite?
Not hard at all. Ringo kites are very light weight, 10 mile per hour wind is sufficient.

 

​Can I add or remove the tail form my kite?
The tail is for balance which keeps your kite in an upright position. Tail should not be removed; your kite will not fly if the entire tail is removed. You can add additional tail for more balance.

 

​How long does it take a produce my kite after an order is placed?
Kites are usually build and shipped within 3 business days. Special orders will take additional time.

 

​How many color selection do I get for my kite?
The first three colors of your choice are free; add $2.50 for each additional color.

 

​Can I customize my kite?
Yes. You can add your favorite colors, country flag etc.

 

​What is the dimension of my kite?
Standard size kites are appximately. 36” to 30” in height and width.

 

​If I am not satisfied with my order, how do I get a refund?
Simply return the kite undamaged in the original shipping package.
Cost less shipping will be refunded to your account. Custom orders are non-refundable.
